Tour

Schedule and attend an informatve school tour. We will walk around the building, go inside some classrooms and meet some teachers and students.

We prefer to do K-5 tours in the morning. We prefer to do tours for toddler, preschool and young fives classes on Tuesday and Thursday mornings.

Your child may attend your first tour, or you may schedule a follow-up tour for your child. It's up to you.

Schedule a Child Visit

We require prospective K-5 students to spend a full day at Eagle Creek (often called a shadow day). Your child will attend class, get to the know teachers, and start making friends.

Prospective students for our toddler, preschool and young fives program must visit the school for 15 to 30 minutes. We will go on a short tour and spend a few minutes in a classroom. This may be part of your initial visit, or you may schedule it for a separate time.

Submit your Child's Records

For children entering 2nd through 5th grades, submit your child's report cards and standardized test scores for the previous two years.

For children entering 1st grade, submit your child's report cards and standardized test scores for the previous year.

​

For children entering toddler, preschool, young fives, and kindergarten classes, submit your child's progress reports from daycare or preschool for one or two years.

Once your child is accepted into Eagle Creek, we will send you an email with a link to enroll. The link will take you to the contract, invite you to pay the non-refundable $225 registration fee, and offer you options for a tuition payment schedule.
